THE GIST:

Our client, a private investment firm with an impressive portfolio, seeks a proactive Executive Assistant to join their stellar administrative team in support of a Partner. This role will report to the Senior EA and will provide daily administrative, scheduling, and travel coordination support, while acting as a superb representation of the firm. The ideal candidate has experience working in an administrative support role in finance, ideally in private equity/venture capital or investment management.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Work cohesively & collaboratively with Partner's Executive Assistant to manage all daily administrative needs
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Arrange travel both international and domestic
  • Respond to urgent need outside of traditional business hours, as needed
  • Coordinate team & client meetings
  • Reserve conference rooms, order catering, and prepare meeting materials
  • Process expense reports
  • Upkeep internal CRM system
  • Assist with firm-wide event planning
  • Maintain strong and collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Provide additional support and assistance with ad hoc projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 2+ years of administrative support experience, in ideally private equity/venture capital or investment management
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
  • Team-player mentality and happy to work alongside a strong administrative team
  • Ability to respond to action items outside of traditional business hours as needed
  • Polished & professional communication style
  • Adaptable and versatile nature
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus!

COMPENSATION: Base salary: $110,000/yr - $120,000/yr + bonus + benefits (e xact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)
