Job Title: Executive Business Partner (FinTech)

Location: Fort Lauderdale (In-person)

Pay: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to support an executive. This role involves providing strategic and professional support in managing the executive's business operations and ensuring smooth daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Productively carry out tasks assigned by the executive.
• Manage partner relationships, including the selection of service providers, managing various projects, finding suitable executors, overseeing their work, and organizing supplies and payments.
• Accompany the executive with information resources, including comprehensive data analysis, formulating strategic conclusions, and preparing informative reports.
• Efficiently coordinate and control the flow of incoming information promptly and accurately.
• Manage the executive's primary schedule, coordinating business and personal meetings, conference calls, and events (considering different time zones) to optimize time and resources.
• Provide travel support and visa support, including visa processing, booking tickets, hotels, transfers, and organizing personal events and celebrations.
• Adhere to strict security protocols when handling confidential information.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate with banks on pricing and review contracts.
• Join meetings with Executives.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability and willingness to delve deeply into any task and look into processes.

Conditions:

• Full-time, five-day work week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with readiness to be on call for urgent matters outside of regular hours.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
