Job Description

We are partnering with an innovative flooring solutions company in Boca Raton, FL, seeking a proactive Executive Sales Assistant to join their team! This 100% onsite role supports C-suite executives and the Sales Team, ensuring seamless operations, excellent client support, and efficient project coordination.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with at least 5 years of executive or sales support experience, advanced MS Office Suite skills, and CRM expertise. Experience in a sales environment is highly preferred. The role also requires up to 25% travel for trade shows, client visits, and training sessions.

The company values individuals with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. Training will be provided to help candidates build expertise in the company's products and niche market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive and sales team calendars, coordinating schedules and priorities.
• Provide administrative support for trade show preparation, follow-up, and reporting.
• Facilitate communication between executives, sales teams, clients, and prospects.
• Handle client inquiries, process orders, and prepare proposals with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipping and verification of client samples.
• Develop knowledge of flooring products and services to better support client needs.
• Assist with creating reports and presentations to support sales efforts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive or sales support roles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows and client visits.
