This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role at the intersection of M&A, executive leadership and private capital investing—supporting middle‑market sponsors, founders, investment teams and portfolio companies across North America. Role Overview The Executive Search Associate will play a pivotal role in the origination, execution and delivery of executive‑level and investment team searches across our core markets. You’ll partner directly with Townsend’s Managing Directors and clients to identify, assess and engage senior leaders who drive value creation in sponsor‑backed environments.
