Responsibilities Network and develop client relationships. Collaborate with clients to get a clear understanding of their hiring needs. Research client’s company, their competitors, and overall marketplace. Map role criteria and define position description. Identify potential candidates using a variety of channels. Evaluate candidates to verify qualifications match, compatibility, and cultural fit. Conduct confidential interviews and reference checks. Narrow candidate pool and present comprehensive profile summaries. Offer guidance and assist in the offer and negotiation process through to completion.
