The Role and Responsibilities This is a 360 executive search with a clear trajectory toward senior leadership. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and securing new client relationships across the U.S. Positioning the firm’s full suite of offerings: executive search, interim/fractional leadership, and advisory solutions . Managing full-cycle search mandates, from role scoping and market mapping to candidate presentation and offer negotiation. Building long-term partnerships with PE-backed companies, high-growth organizations, and senior leadership teams. Collaborating with international colleagues to deliver cross-border projects and expand service offerings. Playing an integral role in U.S. market development with an opportunity to influence strategy and future growth. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to help build and lead a growing practice. Skills and Qualifications Needed to Be Successful Proven experience in executive search or senior recruitment Strong business development skills with the ability to open new accounts and build long-term relationships. Confident, credible communicator capable of engaging at the C-suite and senior leadership levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. High level of professionalism, commercial acumen, and consultative sales ability. Based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for candidates located in New York or Chicago . Value Proposition Base salary of 100k -150k (on a draw model) aligned to experience and performance expectations. Performance-based bonuses and a clear pathway toward profit share or equity as the U.S. operation scales.
