Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Flooring Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their flooring needs and ensure an excellent experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of previous experience in flooring sales. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
