We are excited to invite you to apply for our Fee For Service position with Thriveworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health conditions.

*** We are currently offering a $7500 Ramp Stipend/Sign-on bonus. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 25 clinical hours per week. ***

Compensation: This position operates on a Fee for Service (W2) basis, with annual earnings ranging from $147,000 to $212,000, depending on the number of clinical hours worked (25-35 hours per week).

At Thriveworks, we prioritize the safety of our clinicians and clients through telemedicine. We focus on personalized treatment, leaving prescribing decisions to the discretion of our qualified clinicians. Please note, we do not currently provide treatment for substance use disorders.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to provide care to a diverse clientele, addressing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, primarily among adults and adolescents.

Qualifications:

  • Active license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.
  • Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority within your practicing state.
  • Experience with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric practice required; three years of experience is preferred.
  • Must be licensed and reside in the practicing state.
  • All clinicians are required to complete in-house training on our ADHD treatment standards and guidelines, followed by a certification exam.

What We Need You To Do:

  • Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through telemedicine.
  • Provide treatment for individuals aged 14 and up.
  • Visit the office at least once a week.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications as needed to alleviate symptoms.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement care plans.
  • Complete relevant paperwork and assessments for clients.
  • Follow Thriveworks’ Clinical Practice Guidelines.
  • Work closely with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services.
