Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 base + strong commission potential (based on experience and performance)

We are a fast-growing surface solutions company specializing in polished concrete, epoxy coatings, and high-performance flooring systems for industrial, commercial, and retail clients. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, reliability, and innovation. We’re now seeking a Field Project Manager to help lead and grow our operations.

Position Overview

The Field Project Manager will oversee projects from estimation through completion, ensuring top-quality results, efficient operations, and satisfied clients. This person will serve as the bridge between sales, field crews, and clients, managing both technical execution and relationship development.

You must have hands-on experience in the polished concrete and epoxy flooring industry, strong communication skills, and a proven record of closing and managing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple flooring projects (epoxy, polished concrete, urethane, coatings, etc.)

• Conduct site visits, measurements, and evaluations to prepare accurate proposals and bids

• Coordinate with sales, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

• Oversee job scheduling, material logistics, and equipment needs

• Supervise crews, ensure OSHA/safety compliance, and maintain project documentation

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and GC partners

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth goals

• Prepare progress reports and financial updates for management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in polished concrete and epoxy flooring (field + project management)

• Proven sales and client management experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage multiple teams and projects

• Knowledge of floor prep, grinding, coatings, sealers, and installation systems

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction documents

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $120,000, depending on experience
