Production Finisher

Location: Maple Plain, MN

Compensation: $21.00 per hour - paid weekly

Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30 am 4:00 pm | Monday-Friday

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Do as a Production Finisher:

• Leak testing of tanks and assemblies
• Inspection of assembled components
• Conduct secondary operations such as routing and flaming
• Assure paperwork/procedures are being followed
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Promote positive and productive working environment
• Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas
• Be flexible to support various operations within the department
• Document updates to work instructions as required

What You Need to Bring to the Production Finisher Role:

• Experienced with assembly processes and equipment
• Experienced in the use of assembly tools and fixtures
• Good organizational skills, self motivated, flexible, and able to prioritize.
• Ability to work well with others
• Physical ability to handle parts and materials up to 60 pounds and to work long days in a warm environment
• Additional skills as deemed necessary
• Other duties as assigned
