Job Summary: This position will assist in the successful fabrication of Arrowhead Products forming operations. This consists of the Parts Deburrer, Punch Press Operator, Punch Press setup, and Punch Press Setup specialist.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Will remove burrs from metal parts by using tools such as power disc sander, rotary files, manual hand files, automatic tumbler machines, hand knives and any other necessary power equipment or deburring tools.
- Will set up, operate, and knock down various types and sizes of punch press and draw press machines.
- Will maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards.
- This job description is not all inclusive of all duties. Other job duties consistent with the Form Fabricator Job Family within the new Job Family Structure may be assigned.
Specialist level will require the following:
- Responsible for assisting the department in the development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and to share job knowledge in the department.
- Will work in conjunction with M.E.'s to set up new processes and tooling until quality standards are met.
Education and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent; previous manufacturing experience may be substituted for education requirement.
- *Employees must bid into these classifications before progression is allowed to higher levels.
- **Specialist - Progression/Bid into Specialist positions requires 3 year minimum in the preceding classification, in the same family, prior to progression/bid.

- Must be able to use and understand a Ten-X machine to verify parts meet print requirements.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, work orders and production planing documents.
- Ability to use standard manufacturing measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, scales, height gauges, depth gauges, etc.
- Must be capable of working with tight tolerances such as + or - .001".
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Will obtain Forklift certification within 60-days of hire (Punch Press Setup and Punch Press Setup Specialist)
