Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that boosts brand growth and client acquisition, leveraging AI for insights and optimization.
* Brand Building & PR: Craft and manage a robust PR strategy, leading sentiment analysis, media outreach, and reputation management.
* SEO & Web Traffic: Lead AI-enhanced SEO efforts to increase web traffic, optimize content, and improve rankings.
* PPC & Paid Media: Oversee targeted, AI-optimized PPC campaigns, refining ad strategies and spend for maximum impact.
* Content & Campaign Management: Shape and implement a cohesive content strategy, driving consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
* Team Leadership: Manage a diverse team of remote and in-office professionals, nurturing a high-performing and collaborative culture.
* Cross-Channel Campaigns: Drive multi-channel campaigns to enhance engagement and expand brand reach.
* Analytics & Reporting: Leverage analytics to track performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Leadership Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally as CMO or Head of Marketing.
* AI & Data Proficiency: Strong experience using AI for campaign management, insights, and analytics.
* Strategic Vision: Proven track record in scaling marketing functions, with real estate experience preferred.
* Remote Team Management: Expertise in managing and motivating remote and on-site teams, using AI-based collaboration tools.
