Location: Hybrid – Miami preferred

Type: Freelance (with path to full-time)

We’re a Miami-based, performance-driven media agency with deep roots in paid digital, lead generation, and content marketing. We’ve built successful social and influencer campaigns for brands in:

• Healthcare
• Spirits
• Marine
• Hospitality
• Lifestyle

In recent years, we’ve focused more heavily on paid media — but now we’re rebuilding and expanding our social and influencer capability. And we’re looking for someone to help lead that charge.

We’re looking for a hands-on social media and influencer marketing specialist who can help define, execute, and scale this side of our business. You’ll:

• Build out social content calendars
• Manage platforms and communities
• Assist with photography and content creation
• Source creators and manage influencer campaigns
• Track trends and performance
• Pitch and grow social-first ideas for current and future clients

If you’re creative, resourceful, and ready to grow something from the ground up — this is your chance.

• 2–4 years in social and influencer marketing (agency or brand-side)
• Strong visual content skills — especially photography/video
• Excellent copywriting for social captions and posts
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in leadership
• Based in or near Miami (hybrid role with in-person shoots)
  

• Experience with paid social media integration
• B2C brand experience. Healthcare a ++
