ManTech seeks a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused Front-End Developer to join our team in Columbia, MD . You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global mission-focused workforce. This position is part of a high-visibility effort supporting the Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) organization responsible for MPO’s Enterprise Information Technology (EIT)—the foundational platform for enterprise-wide users. You will partner with customers, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and vendors to help deliver advanced EIT capabilities through Data Center & Compute Services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• You will act as a senior consultant delivering expert guidance on advanced technologies and methodologies to solve complex IT challenges. Your contributions will influence major projects across the enterprise.
• This role requires a blend of hands-on expertise and leadership experience in IT consulting environments.
• Provide technical and specialized guidance for automated solutions to complex information processing problems
• Experience with design software, wireframe tools, and user journey maps,
• Ability to quickly prototype solutions leveraging usability principles
• Building/developing user interfaces and rich client browser applications using software design patterns
• Performing user research (i.e. target users/personas) and user testing (e.g., wireframes, prototypes)
• Collaborating with product owners, scrum masters, project managers and other application engineers to gather, evaluate and implement solutions that support user requirements/needs

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) years of relevant experience
• OR Associate’s degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED with twenty (20) years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will bring hands-on technical experience with modern development, infrastructure, and UI technologies.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Maven
• Proficiency in UI development using React, TypeScript, Material UI (MUI), Cypress, Vitest, Vite, and Nginx
• Familiarity with general development tools and environments including Linux, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, Rancher, Kubernetes, Flux, Kubectl, Helm, and Docker
• Experience with Kubernetes, API development, Git/GitLab, Jira, and MongoDB

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to move, carry, and deliver workstations within the office environment to customer workstations
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual tools, which may include delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
