Summary

Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences? The Driskill hotel, a historic landmark in the heart of Austin, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Front Office Agents are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions.  This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Previous customer service experience as well as the ability to communicate well with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This position requires a flexible schedule, including working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous Customer Service Experience
