Compensation: $150K - $300K (flexible) + Equity + Bonus

We are working with a YC-backed startup in the e-commerce and fintech space, scaling fast with double digit ARR in just two+ years. The team is made up of top engineers from MIT, FAANG, and YC startups, and are looking for exceptional talent to help grow.

The Role:

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong backend skills who thrives in a high-growth startup environment. You’ll work on both consumer-facing and B2B applications , tackling complex technical challenges.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and scale backend systems and APIs .
• Develop sleek frontend experiences .
• Work closely with our elite engineering team (ex-Meta, ex-Google, ex-Amazon, etc).
• Own projects from design to deployment .
• Optimize databases and performance for high-traffic systems.

Who You Are:

• Y Combinator (YC) Experience highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript .
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) .
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) .
• Experience in payments, fintech, or security is a plus.
• Must be located in the USA.
