Job Description

Our organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fundraiser to help secure financial support and drive the growth of our programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for our mission. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grantmakers.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities.
• Prepare grant proposals and reports to secure funding from foundations and other sources.
• Manage donor databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials.
• Monitor and report on the progress of fundraising efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fundraising.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising, with a successful track record of securing significant donations.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan and manage multiple fundraising activities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passion for the mission and values of our organization.

Location: Lakewood

Salary: $100K+ and commission BOE
