Looking to hire 3 general labor employees and 1 team leader 

General Labor Employee 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with fence construction, including digging post holes, measuring, and leveling.
• Load and unload heavy materials (up to 80 pounds).
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow instructions from lead installers and project managers.
• Safely operate basic power tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Capable of lifting and carrying at least 80 pounds.
• Strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must live near Pearland, TX, and have reliable transportation.
• Able to work Fridays and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• No experienced needed (training provided)
• Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well with others.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise fencing crew
• Inspect work quality 
• Manage tools and material inventory.
• Train and mentor new and existing team members
• Identify and solve problems on-site efficiently.
• Contact management for issues beyond authority.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in fencing 
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting (80+ lbs).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work Fridays and weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Strong conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA).
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well with others.

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Days may change due to weather)
• 10-hour day shift, 4 days a week
• No overtime options 
• 45-minute unpaid lunch break
• Two 15-minute paid breaks
• Full time 

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Clean criminal background.
