We are seeking a General Manager with a strong background in luxury dining and certified wine expertise to lead our team with precision, passion, and professionalism. This position will start in October / November 2025. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience Lead, inspire, and develop staff to deliver attentive, intuitive service Collaborate with the culinary teams to uphold the integrity of the tasting menu experience Manage financial performance, inventory, scheduling, and compliance Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, media, and industry professionals Curate and maintain a dynamic, globally recognized wine program Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level restaurant AGM experience may be considered.
