Job Description

A Contract Performance Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support for daily activities critical to government contracts. Their responsibilities include providing sales and customer support for general and contractual inquiries related to products, pricing, accounts, formularies, and technology; coordinating cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues; and ensuring the successful execution of contracts. Overall, the Contract Performance Representative partners with stakeholders to support the day-to-day operations of government contracts to drive customer satisfaction and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities include: serving as point of contact for customers buying from contracts and managing customer relationships in conjunction with Sales; identifying and resolving issues, disputes, or conflicts related to accounts, formularies, orders, pricing, products, technology, and reporting; ensuring a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions to align operational and financial activities with contract requirements; managing projects as assigned; identifying and assessing potential risks impacting contract execution and monitoring compliance; generating reports and documentation to track and communicate contract performance. Requirements include 2+ years of relevant experience, 4-year degree preferred, experience in a high-volume customer-driven environment, knowledge of government contracting, strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and intermediate proficiency with MS Office. Working conditions are office environment with significant computer work and meetings.
