Job Overview
As our Wellness & Nutrition Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our family adopt healthier habits. You will create customized nutrition plans, offer ongoing support, and provide inspiration to keep us on track. Your expertise will help us make informed choices and encourage lasting positive changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized nutritional assessments and create tailored health plans for each family member
• Prepare and cook meals 
• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to educate and motivate us toward our wellness goals.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to nutrition plans to optimize results.
• Share valuable nutrition insights through family workshops and casual group sessions.
• Stay updated on the latest health trends and incorporate them into family routines.
• Track and maintain accurate records of family progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals as needed to support our holistic health approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Education, or a related field.
• Certification from a recognized health coaching program is preferred.
• Proven experience in creating effective and personalized nutrition plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with family members.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals, particularly in a family setting.
• Independent and collaborative work ethic.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Compensation

• $40,000 annually (Approx. 30 hours per week).
