$18 - $21 hourly

• Traveling from job site to job site for fueling, lubricating, and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment, not limited to; backhoes, excavators, backhoes, dozers, loaders, graders, and trenchers, rollers, forklifts, water trucks and dump trucks to assure safe operation.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all members of the crew.
• Produce high-quality work, safely and productively at all times.
• Provide feedback to ensure all materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work.
• Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks, means, and methods regarding the work and be willing to learn from others.
• High proficiency in all related equipment preventative maintenance.
• Inspect subordinates' work, ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications, explain deficiencies, and take any necessary corrective action.
• Other miscellaneous duties, like small equipment transfer and pick-up/delivery of parts/materials to job sites.
• Job Type: Full-time

• 1+ years of experience in construction and or heavy equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• US Work Authorization.
• Strong communication and proactive.
