Job Description

Overview

We're looking for curious minds like yours to join our collaborative educator team at Brooklyn Ascend High School (BAHS). If you are always finding wonder in the ordinary (bananas are slightly radioactive!), and can't help but see the force diagram when a ball is tossed in the air, then we want to hear from you!

Our science courses are built on investigation, dynamic discussions, and creative modeling for you and your students. From engaging in hands-on experiments and collaborative projects, to using JavaScript to create games and design virtual worlds. These courses are designed to spark curiosity and deepen understanding of the natural world.

We are seeking teachers who have unwavering commitment, and can foster an equitable and inclusive learning environment. BAHS teachers set ambitious goals for themselves and their students, relentlessly striving for excellence. At BAHS, you'll be an architect of learning, cultivating a classroom that celebrates effort, critical thinking, and resiliency.

We encourage you to apply if you share in our excitement about championing a revolution in learning!
