Compensation: $75,026.00 - $85,528.60/year Job Description Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. Assist the General Manager by focusing on hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and associate development. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as necessary to complete their responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week). Exempt managers must regularly direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties should mainly involve administrative, executive, or professional tasks over 50% of the time, with duties involving discretion and independent judgment also exceeding 50% of the time.
