Job Description
BAYADA New Jersey Hospice has an immediate opening for a Per Diem Hospice Chaplain / Spiritual Counselor for visits in Atlantic and Cape May Counties in NJ. This individual will be a member of an experienced hospice care team that provides assessments, education and symptom management related to end of life care. Hospice / care experience preferred, along with experience making home visits.
