HR and Payroll Specialist
Honolulu, HI | Full-Time
$55,000 - $60,000 annually

We're seeking HR and Payroll Specialists to support payroll processing, compliance, accounting, and HR administration. These positions offer competitive pay, full benefits, and the opportunity to contribute to both payroll operations and employee support in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time; approve timecards and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain payroll and HR records; ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Review and reconcile bank, credit card, and payroll-related statements
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Manage employee benefits, leave, and workers' comp/TDI claims
• Assist with audits, HR policy review, and recordkeeping
• Provide employee support for payroll and benefits inquiries

Top Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll and/or HR administration experience
• Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office (Excel required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
