About the Role:

The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, including data entry, reporting, and supporting system upgrades and process improvements. This is a high-impact position within a collaborative HR team that supports thousands of employees across Hawai‘i.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in HRIS or HR data management
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Familiarity with HR platforms (UKG, ADP, or similar systems a plus)
• Passion for serving the internal team and contributing to a strong workplace culture
