Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to join our Talent Management team. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for a junior or senior student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. The intern will assist with a variety of talent management programs and leadership projects, focusing on developing programs, collateral, and communications that enhance our developmental culture. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives. Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and other collateral to promote development programs. Contribute to the planning and coordination of workshops, seminars, and other employee development events. Assist in drafting communications and marketing materials to promote talent management initiatives. Collaborate with team members on various projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development. Conduct research on best practices in talent management and provide recommendations for improvement. Participate in meetings and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; junior or senior status preferred. Strong interest in talent management and employee development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. The hourly range for this role is $5.00.
