Job Description

The individual will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers. They will also help to maintain a positive, inclusive work culture as our Human Resources Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring compliance with documentation and orientation processes.
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in volunteer status.
• Forecast volunteer needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
• Support volunteers engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an Human Resources Specialist or Human Resources Generalist
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• Relevant Qualifications in the Human Resources field
