Industrial Electrician – Specialty Paver Manufacturing

Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Pay: $30-35/hour + Overtime Available

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our manufacturing equipment, which is driven by PLCs and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and industrial automation. Safety is a top priority in our workplace, and we expect all team members to follow and promote best safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical systems on industrial equipment, including PLC-driven machinery and robotic automation.
• Work with high-voltage systems, including 440V and 280V circuits.
• Troubleshoot and program PLC systems , including Automation Direct .
• Utilize HMI interfaces to diagnose and improve system performance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize equipment efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation improvements and system upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with high-voltage electrical systems (440V, 280V).
• Proficiency in PLC programming , preferably with Automation Direct .
• Experience with HMI interfaces for industrial applications.
• Familiarity with robotics and automation systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and best safety practices .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
