Job Description

Inside Sales Representative is an internal sales position responsible for calling on targeted leads, selling, and creating new relationships with physicians within their assigned internal territory while maintaining existing relationships. Essential Job Functions include achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, working with management to develop a quarterly sales plan, managing client relationships to build excellent reputation for service, developing relationships between Health Monitor and assigned systems to identify issues and ensure quick response, engaging in 25 calls per day, expanding Health Monitor’s share by generating new business opportunities, managing administrative responsibilities including submitting sales orders in NetSuite and expenses, supporting ancillary duties such as content updates within existing Health Care Professional office territory network, and collaborating with regional team counterparts and ambassadors. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, 1+ year of B2B, medical/dental device or pharmaceutical sales experience, consistent track record of quantifiable sales accomplishments, ability to interface with clients professionally, high-speed internet access, and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
