Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual – Spanish/English) Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Only) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Compensation: Base salary + Performance Bonuses Make a Difference. This is a full-time, remote role (U.S.-based only) that combines empathy, sales skills, and legal service knowledge to change lives for the better. Who You Are • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written) • Experienced in Sales or Intake: 2+ years of sales closing experience • Empathetic Communicator: Able to speak with warmth and confidence to clients in emotionally vulnerable situations • Organized & Self-Driven: You manage your time well, follow up without being told, and consistently hit your goals • U.S.-Based & Remote-Ready: You’re authorized to work in the U.S. and comfortable working from home in a professional environment About RWI Law RWI Law focuses on Family Law, Employment Law, and Civil Litigation. Responsibilities: • Conduct Sales Consultations: Speak with prospective clients in both English and Spanish to understand their legal challenges and communicate how our firm can help. • Convert Leads into Clients: Manage warm inbound leads, follow up persistently, and close the deal with professionalism and care. • Collaborate with Legal Team: Work closely with attorneys to ensure smooth client onboarding and a strong first impression. • Track Activity in CRM: Keep accurate records of all client communications, follow-ups, and outcomes.
