Job Summary:

The Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) Technician supports our plant operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating industrial instrumentation and electrical systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and calibrate Rosemount pressure, temperature, level, and flow instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including motors, drives, and control panels.
• Work with PLC based controls to support plant automation.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Assist in commissioning new equipment and control systems.
• Interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• On Call if any emergencies come about during off hours. 
• Support outages by working night shift occasionally (4-5 times per year)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Proven experience working with Rosemount instruments.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
• Familiarity with HART and/or Foundation Fieldbus communication protocols.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) and other safety procedures.
• Associate degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Technology, or related field (preferred).
• ISA Certification or Journeyman Electrician license (a plus).

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $47.00-$52.00 per hour, and includes benefits such as the following:
