Responsibilities - Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements - Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Largo, MD.
- Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:00PM.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
