About the Role: We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Representatives. In this role, you will:

Charlie Pratt: Financial Representative - How long with MWA? 7 years.
- Previous Experience? Played football as an offensive lineman at Maryville College in TN; entered the business at 22 and found success by consistently setting 10 meetings a week.
- What he loves about life? Loves his family, including his little girl, and enjoys UT football, outdoor activities like fishing and hunting.
Preston Bowen: Financial Representative - How long with MWA? 6+ years.
- Previous Experience? Originally from Virginia, went to the University of Tennessee, and worked in the banking industry before joining MWA.
- What he loves about life? Passionate about his young family and the outdoors, enjoys being competitive and giving back to the community.
