The SMX Talent Acquisition & Development (TA&D) Team is looking for an intel/mission-focused recruiter to join our team. Our TA&D Team is focused on hiring the best and brightest to support not only our amazing clients across all service areas but also our internal functional teams that keep business operations rolling. You would be joining a team of dedicated and highly motivated recruiters to provide best-in-class experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and clients. The team works in a highly collaborative environment both internally within the TA&D Team but also with all other BPS stakeholders and hiring managers.
We are looking for someone to support full-lifecycle recruiting efforts with a heavier focus on sourcing. You will be supporting technical and mission-focused positions both CONUS & OCONUS. Drive Candidate Success: Take the lead in sourcing exceptional talent, guiding them through assessment, interviews, and seamless onboarding processes that set the stage for their success at SMX. Impact Across Borders: Support technical and mission-focused positions both CONUS & OCONUS, ensuring our teams are equipped to excel wherever they operate. Pipeline Pioneer: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for critical skill sets and future proposals, ensuring our talent pool is continuously refreshed and ready. Shape the Future: Engage in special projects and TA&D initiatives, from internal upskilling to recruitment marketing and beyond, shaping the future of talent at SMX. What you'll need Mission-Focused Expertise: 3+ years of sourcing or full-lifecycle recruiting for competitive market segments, particularly in mission-focused ISR talent. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to define, create, and measure TA&D activities, driving data-informed decisions. Technical Proficiency: Stay ahead with the latest technology trends and possess a robust technical acumen to discuss and screen candidates effectively. Communication Mastery: Excellent communication, negotiation, and consulting skills, thriving in a collaborative team environment. Global Engagement: Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite meetings and contract support during award/transition phases, enhancing your global perspective. What's great to have Experience: Recruiting up to a TS/SCI FSP clearance. Familiarity: With Intelligence, C5ISR, Space, Security, and Digital Transformation talent markets. Proposal Recruiting: Experience recruiting for proposals and business development opportunities.
