Opportunity to lead from the front and work closely with Senior MDsTitle: Investment Banking Director

Salary: $225,000 – $250,000 +Bonus Location: Greenwich, CT (On Site) Responsibilities:

Execute transactions in cross industries such as Business Services and Industrials
Focus on M&A Advisory part of the Transactions
Prepare Financial Models and Business Valuations
Work hand in hand with MDs to execute transactions
Manage junior resources, lead small team of Analysts and Associates
Assist in pitch materials and market research
Assist in Business Development activities to originate deals
Primarily focus on Transaction execution Requirements:
BA/BS with a major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Boutique Investment Banking background is a major plus
Minimum 7 years of overall M&A and or Investment Banking experience
Being able to independently run a M&A process is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong work ethic and history of success of executing deals in the middle markets Smith Arnold Partners
