Job Description

System One is actively seeking a Janitor for a part-time position located in Earth, TX.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

• Responsible for janitorial duties for office and plant area of power plant
• Must be able to lift approximately 60 pounds without assistance
• Will maintain and wax floors as needed
• Removing trash
• Preparing tea/coffee for lunch and breaks
• Maintaining supplies
• May work outside at times

Requirements:

• Will require a candidate to lift 60lbs. without assistance
• Able to work in hot and cold temperatures
• Able to work 40 hours a week on their feet, and climb numerous stairs

HOURS

• Normally a 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday, 7AM – 11:00 am CT.
• Overtime during outages may be required

BENEFITS

• This is strictly a long term contract assignment with limited benefits
• We do offer a limited health plan with reasonable rates to assist with medical costs
• Paid time off is acquired as follows
  • After 1200 hours worked , eligible for 5 paid holidays
  • Accrued 40 hours of PTO per year
