What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with the CI&T team to support a client in the benefits market
• Ensure the application provides an excellent user experience and facilitates user activities
• Assist the team and client in enhancing process maturity
• Develop using JAVA 17 with Spring Boot 3, including unit and automated testing
• Maintain clean, simple, and easily manageable code

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proficiency in JAVA 17 and Spring Boot 3
• Experience in developing unit and/or automated tests and participating in code reviews
• Strong understanding of clean coding practices
• Familiarity with Oracle and Mongo databases
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a similar role as a Junior Fullstack Developer
• Familiarity with Agile practices and tools
• Previous involvement in projects related to user experience enhancement
