Apply via Lensa today! Position Summary: This position is responsible for leading planogram photography. In addition to graphic design, the contractor will also have planogram image production responsibilities. This entails photographing individual products, recording the SKU and description along with the product photo in the Image Tool. Images are to be photoshopped and resized for final ad placement. Training will be provided for planogram image production. Duties Work closely with the Creative Manager on various design projects. Provide design direction and ensure print projects meet creative and client expectations. Lead the design team and collaborate with colleagues and project owners to design integrated campaign components for marketing, store brands, promotions, and merchandising. Support creative and marketing strategies, ensuring projects meet business and revenue goals. Present viable, on-brand design concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver assets optimized for production, adhering to brand and style guidelines. Organize and manage daily projects. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal teams. Experience Bilingual required due to volume of Spanish language creative. Experience in planogram photography is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Minimum of 2 years of creative experience within Advertising/Marketing. Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in graphic design disciplines including layout, color, and typography. Ability to understand and incorporate type, color, printing, production, and visual brand communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ability to understand marketing and functional requirements documentation. The designer must have advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a solid background in design. Demonstrated experience in graphic design disciplines, including typography, color, layout, and best practices for various creative assets, is required. The candidate should be self-motivated, self-managed, and an effective communicator and collaborator. Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Graphic/Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience is required.
