As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Director and senior sales and marketing team members to bring creative concepts to life. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills, contribute to a variety of design projects, and support the team with fresh ideas and solutions. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist the Creative Director with creating visual assets for various projects, including digital, print, and branding materials. Collaborate with the Creative Director on design concepts, layouts, and overall project execution. Help with the production and preparation of design files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and quality. Maintain organized design files and project documentation to streamline workflow. Support in creating presentations and visual concepts for internal and client-facing materials. Contribute fresh ideas and solutions to design challenges and support problem-solving efforts. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve your skills. Assist in revisions and updates to designs based on feedback from the Creative Director and clients. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on ongoing projects. Skills and Qualifications: A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work. Basic understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to take direction and provide input. A portfolio showcasing your design work (personal projects are welcome). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an internship or junior design role.
