Pay Range: $25.72/Hr

Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for retail?

• We are seeking a Junior Merchandise Assistant to join our dynamic team in Framingham, MA. This is a 6-month contract position offering a hybrid work arrangement.

As a Junior Merchandise Assistant, you will:

• Support Merchandising Operations: Assist experienced buyers and managers in daily tasks, including purchase order management, vendor communication, and travel coordination.
• Manage Purchase Orders: Process and maintain domestic and international purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
• Coordinate Vendor Relationships: Build strong relationships with vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze Data: Utilize spreadsheets to track spending and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
