Job Description A Junior UX Designer is responsible for creating user-friendly and engaging designs for digital products and services. They work closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the needs and preferences of the target users and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. They also conduct user research, testing, and evaluation to ensure that the designs are usable, accessible, and desirable. Job Responsibilities Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using various tools and techniques Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs, goals, and pain points Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes Collaborate with other designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the design process and deliverables Test and evaluate the usability, accessibility, and desirability of the designs with real users and incorporate feedback and insights into iterations Communicate and present the design rationale, concepts, and solutions to various audiences and levels of management Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and standards in UX design and development Procyon TS
