Position: Customer Experience Leader

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Pay Range: Up to $23 total compensation include Base Pay + Profit Share + Tips!

Objective : As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training!

  • Promote Our Services: Represent the brand with confidence and provide honest, accurate estimates
  • Prioritize Safety & Appearance: Follow safety protocols and take pride in looking sharp in uniform.
  • Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor is a plus.
