Our client is seeking K-12 Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Maricopa County, AZ.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICIATIONS:
* Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
* Licensed as a behavior analyst through the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) with certification.

CLIENT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings is highly beneficial.
* Familiarity with Arizona's special education laws and regulations (e.g., the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, or IDEA).
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the causes of challenging behaviors in students.
* Analyze data to identify patterns and inform intervention strategies.
* Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student's needs.
* Use evidence-based ABA techniques to promote positive behavior and learning.
* Adjust behavior plans as necessary based on ongoing assessment.
* Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress for compliance with school and state regulations.
