summary ResourceMFG is looking for a Small Parts Assembler in Cookeville, TN! Day shift: Mon-Thurs 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am- 10:00a Responsibilities Include: Familiarity with small parts assembly, automotive hardware, and wiring harnesses is preferred. Reads and understands the BOM and print drawings for proper completions of kits, sending units, wire harnesses, and hose cutting. Logs into MOM software for time tracking (setup, run, breaks, rework, Q.C., training, etc.) and job quantity recording. Packs by hand a wide variety of products and materials (boxes, hose, wire, washers, rivets, crimp connectors, etc.). Works in tandem with peers on QC'ing jobs and timing of hose cutting for kits. Trains others in best practices as well as takes instructions from others to ensure efficiencies on jobs. Works with Shipping regarding current jobs needed for sales orders going out. Keeps up on SSOP learnings on equipment used.
