Are you a driven Labor & Employment attorney ready to take your career to the next level? A highly respected client is looking for a California-licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their collaborative and agile team in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Key Requirements

• Represent clients in a wide range of employment matters, including:
• Single-plaintiff litigation (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination)
• Class action and PAGA litigation
• Manage all phases of litigation:
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Argue motions in court
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct administrative hearings (a plus!)
• Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues
• Draft and update employee handbooks and workplace policies
• Lead employee training sessions on employment law compliance

Qualifications

• Active membership in the California Bar
• At least 1 year of labor & employment law experience
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom confidence
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication abilities
• A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive work ethic
• Experience with depositions and administrative hearings is a bonus
