Job Title: Real Estate Land Management Consultant
Location: Hybrid in Michigan
Duties:
Land Management Consultant is responsible for supporting the management and preservation of Consumer’s owned property and easement rights to support management of all land activities.
Regular communication and interaction with internal stakeholders, landowners, and other 3 rd parties for general Real Estate transactions including research, analyzing and interpreting property rights, negotiating terms and conditions of real estate contracts and resolving property right issues.
Responding to landowners and adjacent landowner inquiries. External customers complain resolution.
Review and creation of legal documents in support of asset management.
Skills:
Strong communication & organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands * Experience understanding and negotiating Real Estate contracts, which includes but is not limited to, license and maintenance.
