Role Description
Seeking dependable Landscape Laborers to support mulching, planting, cleanup, and snow removal crews. This is a physically active role suited for someone eager to learn and grow in landscaping. Position is a 1099 contract with potential to convert to W2 status. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mulching, planting, and landscape installation
• Perform seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, and debris hauling
• Support snow removal efforts during winter (weather dependent)
• Load/unload equipment and materials
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment

Qualifications

• Experience helpful but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable
• Valid drivers license preferred
