Job Description

Innovative Behavioral Health Company Seeking Therapist

An innovative and compassionate behavioral health company located in Baltimore, Carroll, and Howard Counties and Baltimore City is looking for a full-time School-Based Therapist to join their team working with children and adolescents in the Baltimore County Public schools.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, curious, and flexible team player open to developing new clinical skills and sharing a passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families. These positions offer full-time benefits, and weekly supervision is provided by board-approved supervisors. Evidence-Based Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

* Developing treatment plans, assessing treatment progress, providing mental health treatment utilizing active listening, trauma-informed strategies, rapport building, and assessing client needs.
* Collaboration with school staff and the company's treatment team is required.
* Maintaining meticulous records, administering assessments, completing documentation,
* following regulations, and maintaining licensure are also expected.

Qualifications and Skills:

* LCPC, LMSW, or LGPC license required
* Both new and seasoned therapists are welcome; clinical training and close supervision will be provided

Benefits:

* Pay is bimonthly $500 bonus on anniversary (1 time bonus)
* Weekly supervision if not licensed

Salary Range:

* LCPC: $70,000 - $75,000
* LGPC or LMSW: $65,000 - $68,000
